SINGAPORE — Miffy fans, rejoice! You’ll be able to pose for a photo with your beloved rabbit when she arrives in Singapore on April 7 as part of this month’s Tulipmania celebrations at Gardens By The Bay.

Miffy, who has already made stops in China, Hong Kong and Japan, will be flown down by KLM, which is also bringing down the flowers for Tulipmania as the Official Airline Partner.

“KLM is a Dutch carrier, so bringing Miffy, who was ‘born’ in The Netherlands, was an easy decision for us to make,” said KLM Singapore Country Manager Sharad Khuller.

“I think Miffy will be very well-received! It was a big success in all three countries and new campaigns will be launched with Miffy. Miffy activation in other countries in Asia such as Korea and Malaysia may also follow,” he said.

And if you’ve heard about the popular Miffy postcards that were given out in Hong Kong, rest assured that these will also be distributed here. All Tulipmania visitors at the Flower Dome will receive a Miffy postcard upon their exit as a souvenir. There are 30,000 postcards to be given out.

You can catch Miffy at Gardens By The Bay’s Flower Dome on these dates: April 8 (Tue) at a tulip planting event, April 20 (Sun) at an Easter egg hunt event, and April 26 (Sat) for the Orange Day Celebrations, a national holiday in The Netherlands.

Sat, 26 April: Orange Day Celebrations, Orange Day is a national holiday in The Netherlands.
