CHOCTOBER FESTIVAL AT CONCORDE HOTEL. Featuring a wide array of chocolate desserts, this chocolate-themed buffet also invites diners to pair their penchant for chocolate with a combination of seafood and meat. GOOD EARTH MENU AT BUONA TERRA. This specially tailored degustation menu by Chef Denis, crafted to one’s dietary preferences, boasts eight to ten dishes made with some of the season’s freshest produce. EAT THE PIG AT WOLF. In a special one-night-only dinner, pork-lovers can enjoy unlimited servings with some of the choicest cuts of pork and more than 20 dishes, from bacon-wrapped scallops to cider-braised Duroc pork belly and grilled Duroc pork collar. KYOTO-INSPIRED FLAVOURS AT LEWIN TERRACE. It’s time for a fresh blend at this Japanese-French restaurant. A new seasonal seven-course menu (S$150) features an array of Kyoto ingredients, such as the bonito tataki, smoked with cherry blossom and accompanied by a citrus dash of ponzu foam and garlic puree; matsutake mushrooms and kamasu tempura; Challans duck and kyo-yasai toubanyaki. NOVEL TEA TIME TREATS. Showcasing uniquely Singaporean flavours, The Clifford Pier is collaborating with local chef Shermay Lee, curating a new Singapore Heritage Afternoon Tea set. Diners will be able to taste eight savoury and eight sweet items, including a set of innovative treats such as Bak Kwa Jam Sandwich, Hae Bee Hiam Sandwich and the chilli crab bao. SAKAE SUSHI GOES FUSION WITH A NEW MENU. Inspired by an array of flavours from around the world, the new menu features over 120 new selections. NEW ROCK SALT HAKATA RAMEN AT YOSHIMARU. Featuring its distinctive homemade ultra-thin noodles served in rich and flavourful tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, the dish (S$12) is prepared with shio dare (salt sauce).
